hello, i'm Jack.

I just completed my studies at Wichita State University, and now I’m looking to relocate and am seeking a full-time position in Marketing, Design, or Customer Experience. While I can’t definitively outline where I envision myself in five years or a grand career goal, I embrace the fluidity of the professional landscape, approaching the future with an open mind. What I do know is this: I bring a fresh perspective and commit to excellence to every project I undertake. I thrive on challenges and value constructive feedback as opportunities for growth. That’s me, heading up a mountain to a place called Ice Lake. It was the most beautiful hike I had ever been on. If you know me I’ve probably told you about it.

Here’s a few things about me: I like traveling, running, being outside, trying new foods, playing bass, photography, and am honing my skills at coding websites (how am I doing?) 

When I’m not moving around, I’m at home in Wichita, Kansas. I’m from here. I’m likely spending time with my family, friends, or cats. My partner and I have 2 cats, my parents have 4, and I have an aunt with 10 (I think my family might have a problem).

Current: Citizens Bank of Kansas

I work here currently as a Retail Banking Specialist. 

Day-to-day I am one of the friendly faces of the company, engaging with our clients, promoting and informing on services, and processing transactions in person, over the phone, and digitally.

I am a top three in transactions on a quarterly basis.

 

Past: Recreational Equipment Inc.

During my time here I was a Retail Sales Specialist. I gave one-on-one personalized outfitting experiences to customers, in Footwear and Apparel.

I was nominated for an Anderson Award for my excellent customer service, product knowledge, and membership sales.
